How it works: Every night, we pull new IC50/Ki/EC50 measurements from ChEMBL for all hero targets. If our predicted grade disagrees with the wet-lab result by >1 grade level, NPEAD fusion weights auto-adjust. Binding weight decreases when we over-score; selectivity and ADMET weights increase. The system self-corrects.
